They will delay your return until you aren’t allowed to return it anymore

Order online, item was too small. Tried to return it but their website couldn’t find the link for returns. Emailed them and got a ticket to return it with UPS. UPS simply didn’t do anything and now I can’t return it because their 30 day return policy doesn’t allow it. This after the return was logged on both Daniel Wellington and UPS websites a few days after receiving. Now they won’t except any returns due to their one and only way of returning not working. Smart way to make money I guess. Just don’t respond for 30 days and say it is too late
