The worst purchase experience.

I bought straps and returned them, was told I’d receive a refund within 3–14 working days. It’s now been 20 working days and still no refund. I’ve been waiting since July 23rd, and my emails are being completely ignored. Don’t be a victim like me, avoid buying from DW because customer service is non existent.
