Refund issue

I placed an order online and I have been writing endless emails requiring that they assist me with a return so I can get a refund from them but they aren’t responding. They sent a return label but are not sending the invoice and return waybill so the courier can come and collect. Their online return option has been giving me an error for 2 weeks now and it’s just frustrating
