Poor Service from Daniel Wellington

My watch has factory fault. Was unable to return it when lockdown happened. Did so immediately after. Guarantee had just lapsed. They refused to help me!!! They do not repair their own watches. You must find third party Pathetic!!! To make matters worse i've heard there lot of ****s on the market!
