Poor customer service.

Poor customer service from the Sandton store,not once but the 3rd time.Went in the first time to have a look at some watches,then went back to make my purchase and today again to purchase a bracelet to match my watch and no acknowledgment from the ladies instore- instead they were singing along to the music that’s playing. I spent about close to 10 mins looking around and no one came to me or even acknowledged me. Poor service from the ladies. It’s so upsetting that I actually walked out.
