Order Not Delivered. It's been a Month now

I placed an order with Daniel Wellington in November 2025. Till today i have not not received it. Order SH50613ZA

When i track it, it said it was expected to be delivered on 9 December 2025. When i send an email they say it's delaying due to December but the communication is poor and tracking sites are not updated.

When I contacted UPS. UPS advised that the parcel is currently with RAM couriers and was expected the following day. I even received a tracking number but it's not identified. Many days have passed, and the delivery has still not occurred.

I wanna know if i have been ****med cause i WANT MY MONEY!!!
