Order Not Delivered After Nearly a Month

I placed an order with Daniel Wellington on 20 November 2025. As of 15 December 2025, nearly a month later, I have still not received my package.

What is particularly unacceptable is that their system did not identify that my order had not been delivered on time. I had to follow up myself and send an email for this issue to be acknowledged.

Last week, I was informed that my package had been expedited, however, there has been no visible progress or evidence that this has occurred. At this point, we are approaching one month since the order was placed, which is extremely disappointing.

When I followed up, I was informed that delivery delays were due to Black Friday volumes. However, my order was placed a week before Black Friday, so this explanation does not apply.

Due to ongoing delays and unanswered emails, I contacted UPS directly. UPS advised that the parcel is currently with a third-party courier and was expected within two days. Those two days have passed, and the delivery has still not occurred.

The overall experience has been frustrating, mainly due to poor communication.
