Fantastic!

I wanted a specific watch with a specific strap, I was told they had it in Menlyn. I schlepped all the way to Menlyn only to find out it was the right watch face but the incorrect strap. A really helpful man named Willis made the effort to call Cape Town and got them to send the strap with the next shipment to JHB. Long story short, he got it and made sure it was sent to Mall of Africa! I got the perfect watch - so so happy! The staff went above and beyond. So grateful for amazing dedicated people!
