Empty Promises from Daniel Wellington

I ordered a watch and extra strap online from Daniel Wellington in the beginning of October in order to ensure there was sufficient time (2,5 months) for the items to be shipped to South Africa. It is now practically Christmas and my items are still not with me. After numerous conversations and excuses I find out from them that my item has been in South Africa since October and is being held at UPS because Daniel Wellington did not give them contact details for me. When I eventually got a tracking number from Daniel Wellington I managed to arrange for ups to deliver. BUT first I had to pay storage fees of R390 because they had my item for two months. All of which is not my fault! I want fellow South Africans to be wary of ordering from them. <br> <br> Today I received an email from Daniel Wellington stating that they will refund the storage fees. I will believe it when I see it. <br>
