Don’t buy a DW watch ever

I’m so frustrated. The courier you use UPS sucks. I’m trying to return an order and now they’re asking me for some commercial invoice that I didn’t receive. When I email DW support, I still haven’t gotten a reply even now. I want my money back because the watch I don’t want it. Thanks.
