Delivery service appalling and Menlyn staff rude

DW really needs to change their delivery service company. This is my second time buying online and the service has been appalling. The only reason why I'm buying online is because I went to your Menlyn branch to make a purchase, I told the lady what watch I was looking for and her response was "Do you know how expensive it is?".
