Delayed on delivery

I ordered a watch and a bracelet from them online on 14th of October 2024 and I was told there delays with delivery. I have been emailing trying to get resolution towards this and I’m not getting any help. But told wait for 48 hours because there are waiting for UPS. I feel like I have been ****med at this moment. Asked to cancel the order because I have received the delivery and they said they can’t I will need to wait until the parcel arrives back to them before I can receive a refund.
