I have ordered an item from Daniel Wellington and followed their refund process but to date i still have not received my refund and they are not willing to assist in ANY WAY since the courier they used to collect the item has lost it. You are just a bunch of ******* of are in cahoots with the courier company so you dont have to refund customers.
