Daniel Wellington website - A *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointing service received from this company, I purchased a watch on their website with the delivery date stimated for maximum 5days after purchase, till this day i have not received my watch nor proper support to get the matter resolved they only give you are 'tracking number' for UPS, (UPS no longer has offices in Durban), how do you get into cotractual agreements with companies that no longer operate in our country?????????????
