Daniel Wellington - Unhappy and confused customer

I purchase a watch from DW. Accordingly to the invoice etc it was in Netherlands. The reference on my bank account that I used, mention DW, Menlyn, Pretoria. I'm confused. The watch was not right for me and I returned the watch as per instructions from Daphney, for DW. The courier that deliver and returned the watch to Netherlands were UPS. Until then it's only promises from Daphney that they will refund asap. DW credit my account on the 18th of October 2024 and until now, I didn't receive my refund of R3,500.00. Is this company legit ??
