I’m so disappointed with your online purchase service the 27th of August I made a purchase for a very close person’s birthday.today is the 10th of September I still haven’t received my order I made an enquiry not only did I not get help they send me an email with a lousy survey asking me to rate how helpful the help I got was..which help because o one said nothing to me ,if you are failing to deliver why not just refund my damn money I don’t even think that gift will mean anything now to the person who was supposed to get it.if this is how your treat your customers you can keep your service absolutely nonsense
