Bad treatment!

Had a horrible experience with DW Sandton,the way I was treated yohhh!I love their products,that time I was even wearing watch and bracelet from them.Got a ring as a gift which was too small for me and took it for exchange they said ring has scratches,but how if it is small on me and obviously have not worn it.Spoke to the manager over the phone,firstly I was refused to speak to store manager who also did not understand or wanted to hear and make sense of what I said to her.She said she will call Monday,made me fit a size up the ring a had which was also small but fitted just not easy to come out.They did not want to hear it when I said I did not wear the ring,what if they sold it like that.I mean the ring was wiped with tissue paper by the guy at the store.Monday I received a call saying “I was told to pass on the message that your ring will not be exchanged.” I was treated bad ?
