Shocking service or rather LACK OF SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE

<p>My mother purchased a DK watch for me for Christmas 2015. In November 2016 (less than a year of having watch) he watch started irritating my skin, and rusting in the sides.</p> <p> </p> <p>so, I called NWJ Jewellers where my mom purchased the watch, told them the story and they said that they would contact Rep and get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>i waited for a week before someone returned my call. They said they can't do anything as it's only stainless steel under watch, rust is not covered (even though it's water proof) and unfortunately their hands are tied.</p> <p> </p> <p>so, after not bringing satisified I contacted Daniel Klein on Facebook in the December and sent the whole message to them. They responded in 30 Dec saying that they will respond asap as staff were low. Waited another 2 months and then got not a sufficient answer back from them. </p> <p> </p> <p>When a watch is stainless steel and waterproof, it shouldn't rust, irritate skin and cause sores on my skin. There lack of compassion or assistance is disgusting and I hope that no one else experiences their absolutely PATHETIC AND USELESS SERVICE! Daniel Klein watches are a waste of money!</p>
