Poor Workmanship on DK Wrist Watch

<p>My wife bought me a DanielKlein watch in March 2016 @NWJ Kolonnade, by September the watch went in for repairs for over 7 weeks. On collection I was surprised to be told that I need to pay R260, for what I don't know only to find that it wasn't functional, the manager sent it back for repairs again which took 3 weeks. On second collection I took the watch home, the next day it had lost time. I'm unhappy with the treatment of being forced to pay for my watch which was still under warranty and the defects weren't due to negligence; namely, Week Day Hand is off, Crown was Loose and it has lost time. Customer Centricity ans Satisfaction has been compromised. </p>
