#DK1206 Online Purchases Daniel Klein

I made an online purchase last week 31/05/2019 and paid for it via EFT , I was told orders take 3-5 business days delivery time. They said I will be notified once the order has been dispatched , after 3 days tried to contact them on the email/numbers provided on their website but no luck. When I manage to get through I was told they will transfer me to online department and they assured me Friday but will get updates . Today I am phoning no answer and haven't received any updates and for a company as big as this ...their service is pathetic even if I say so myself. Whole company no one can assist you with anything yet you have made payments already ..this is **************** will never and will not recommend anyone to buy from them
