Daniel Klein Inferior Products

I've had the worst customer service with this product. Bought a watch for R1200 about a year ago and with the first two months it was loosing time. Sent it in for repairs and on receiving it back within a month it was losing time again. I contact Daniel Klein through email before with no reply. A year later this watch loses time on a weekly and sometimes daily basis and has to be manually adjusted for correct time. I bought a Seiko for 200 which works for much better. What a waste of R1200!
