Appalling customer service

My Husband bought me a DK watch, after a year I took it in to American Swiss Bayside Mall to have its winder replaced and a new battery. Told me it would take 4 - 6 weeks, this was October 2019. Still waiting been 4 months. When American Swiss got hold of them telephonicaly last week they said "watch was not repairable and they sending me a new watch, I would receive it by the 11 Feb" well still no watch.
