Is local that lekker???

We wanted to have our Flower Girl & Page boy's outfits made by a local store. Everything was going great up until the end. I was advised to collect the outfits from their store in Mall of Africa on the 3rd of February 2023. Everything would be there by 11am. I could not get there by 11am and could only get there by 12. When I arrived to collect my stuff it was not there. Only to get asked to go to Forways to collect. I live in Edenvale. I said no and so they got the stuff delivered. I had asked for the bow to be put in the flower girl dress with press studs cause the zip is crazy long, it got pinned on the a safety pin? Seriously! For a child? The dress was hacked and cut so skew that it looks terrible on the flower girl. They asked me to bring the dress back. Hell no am I going back when this is the quality of work! I would not recommend this store because of the quality of service, the rudeness telling me it is my fault and the quality of workmanship.
