DEPOSIT REFUND

I booked a venue at dankie van zyl in July 2015 and paid the deposit, the venue was on the 4th of July 2015 and I submitted my documents for my deposit refund on the 21st of July 2015 and was told that the refund process can take up to 6 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks and after numerous calls I still have not received my refund and the ladies at the recreation centre will not give me the finance departments number to contact them.
