Danie Van Zyl is a Con Artist and **** Real Estate Agent!

Danie Van Zyl, "owner of Del Grande Properties", is a total ***********, and a pretty unintelligent one at that. Danie essentially tried to **** me out of R115,000. He pretended to be a licensed real estate agent and sell me a home I was trying to buy outside of Worcester, Western Cape, South Africa. Once I got a property lawyer involved, we found out that Danie wasn't licensed and was basically making everything up as he went along. He also wanted me to pay the cash into an insecure account, making it impossible for me to have any real recourse. Half of what he said didn't make sense, he communicates like an illiterate child, and is nothing more than a con artist trying to **** good, hardworking people out of money. He just wants quick cash.
