Bad bad attorneys

I was handed over in 2018 the lady Veronicà zetsman said i need to pay money R3200 but the money does not go off on the money i owe NWU. Now the money i owe is over R20 000? I asked why because i paid? She just ignores me. Very unprofessional and i feel very sad that she is discriminating my rights to study further.
