Danie Hollenbach Fail

In June of 2017, I purchased a vehicle from Danie Hollenbach Motors. The vehicle was advertised with a full service history and a 30-day policy where faults could be reported and would be repaired. I also purchased an extended warrantee with the vehicle. Faults reported within the first 30 days of ownership remain unattended to; this is despite repeated telephone calls and emails to the dealership. The full service history is yet to appear - again, despite numerous calls, emails and promises. This forced me to have the car serviced two months after delivery when the CV joints needed to be replaced in order to be able to claim on the extended warrantee - no proof of which had been sent to me nor to the company underwriting the warrantee. I am disappointed in the lacklustre service and failure to deliver on promises. I had understood that Danie Hollenbach Motors was a reputable company - clearly, I was mistaken.
