Bad service

We bought a vechile in April 2021 where the service was great, vechile was delivered to JHB for me which was excellent as i underwent an opp at the time. Upon receiving the vechile it was leaking diesel, grab handle on passenger side was missing and the there was tie down caps missing. It was agreed that i take the vechile to a workshop and they would pay this. Started receiving final reminders almost 4 months down the line from the garage to find out this was never paid. After I advised that i will be taking legal action accout at garage was settled. I am promised weekly that the grab handle and caps will be courriered but nothing. There is no after sales service and promises are not kept. Will never buy another vechile from them.
