Terrible customer service! Advertised French products however inexpensive Chinese products arrive, if you’re lucky after 3 to 4 weeks and don’t work. No replies to emails- no refund process- no return process and when you do finally track down a contact person (via Facebook after posting on their review site) you are told they will not help you further- Please do not order from this site - it definitely is a **** ladies!!
