Pathetic customer service
The owner has no regard for customer service, I ordered dining room suite, bed with pedestals. I even extended time lines just to allow her to finish. When the extended deadline came and after following up with her she started to show me what purports to be my order but not completed. We agreed on the timeliness and the time came I had follow and its been further 6 weeks now with excuses and lies. Even today there is commitment as to when I can have my furniture.
