Not to be used and not trust worthy, will not deliver or refund

Paid her on the 3rd June 21, with an agreement to install my kitchen by mid July. Before peak season for my business (I am baker) I Kept following up with her, no response to my message if she bothers to respond she didn’t answer any of my questions. After hounding her daily and requesting my money back. she finally committed to an installation date of the 22 Jul, then she requested an extension saying due to the unrest, to 27 Jul. I made it clear that I can’t move the date thereafter. On the 24 I sent her message that my kitchen is being removed To enable new plumbing and electrical work. so she needs to be here by the 27 as promised. On the morning of the 27th she sent me a message that she is not going to do my installation she needs an extension to the 2nd August. I’m now sitting in a house with no kitchen and this woman didn’t show up and is refusing to refund me so that I can find someone else to install my kitchen. Im loosing money daily as I can’t take any customer orders. She can’t be trusted and she is a *****. She doesn’t want to return my money
