I pride myself on being a master at online shopping and yet I fell into this trap and have been ****med out of R1,220.99. I also paid the original $2.00 for a Samsung Galaxy phone after completing a survey about [URL Removed] and then today was notified about the charge of R1,220.99 going through my credit card. I have calculated that this amount is equivalent to $100 at the current exchange rate. The only way to stop any future transactions going through is to cancel my credit card, which I have done. I have also notified the FNB ***** department to take note of this vendor and to block all transactions coming through from Dandybids. Let's hope they follow through.
