Poor Service, Poor response, Pitiful Excuses

I went through to this company on the 2 November 2020 for a quote to repair my vehicle. They came and completed all the documents with me and took all my details in order to prepare the quote. Bernice told me that they would have the quote ready by that same afternoon, but nothing came.

It is now the 12 November and still no reply from Dandy and no sign of the quote. After Many messages from my side, enquiring about the quote, they said they would request someone to send it. (Yesterday)

NOW (After 2 weeks) , they say they cannot send it, they can only send to the insurance company. Pitiful excuse.. Pitiful company! Beware people, imagine waiting for your vehicle and these excuses start coming!
