Terrible service and worse administration!

<p>From day 1 - no fault list/s supp**** for either flat I stayed in, interest charged randomly and incorrectly, months taken to refund or correct errors on accounts and now waiting 5 weeks for a deposit that should have been paid within 7 days of vacating the flat. This, after spending thousands of rands to make the place livable and left in a much better condition than found in. The owner is now overseas on holiday and cannot be contacted, so Dan Viljoen Esates won't pay my deposit until he says it's ok??? After 5 weeks?</p>
