After Dan was referred to us via family friends for a tiling Job We hired him to retile for us. It should have been a warning sign when upon speaking to him, he just repeats words and sentences back to you.

Making it very clear we would be checking the tiles afterwards for hollow gaps / Airgaps under the tiles, and to please go slowly. We would pay him more than his quoted amount.

We got special additives recommended to us via Tile Africa To which he said he knew how to do.

We Paid He Con'd us.

There are air gaps under the tiles. He did not use the special additives ether.

After having a look at the family friends tiling, there are tiles already lifting. This goes to show You always need to check previous work.
