Bad Service!! Don't use!!

It has been 12 months since we paid R18,500 for a ring to be made. In addition, a pair of white gold earrings where given in to be changed (valued at R12,000.00). And to date, nothing! No ring, no returned earrings and certainly no refund. The only thing we keep getting is excuse after excuse. We cannot even get into the premises to talk face to face.
