Bad service

I had an insurance claim for awning slats that were damaged during April's hail storm. The fitting was way out and they had to return a few times to fix it. Most arrangements to fix it weren't kept and had to be rescheduled. Eventually it looked better but with the heavy downpour on Monday it leaked all over and some of the rivets leaked. I contacted them via WhatsApp as it was after hours. They didn't even bother to respond!
