WORST BEAUTY SPA EVER!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a spa. We purchased a deal on Wikideals and booked the appointment one week in advance. We arrived a half and hour before the time with our printed coupon., 15h30. At 15h50 the lady informs us that we need to go to their other spa also situated in Century City. I ask her if we can walk as our appointment is at 16h00 and we don't want to be late. It was not walking distance of 2 minutes, it was more like 20 minutes. We arrived at the second spa and the manager was on her phone outside. She spoke on her phone for another 10 minutes before coming to assist. She looks at the coupon and complains that there isn't a code on the page the barcode to scan, is supposed to be on the page. So she tells me that she won't scan it from the phone and that I must walk back into the mall to print the page!! When I gave her a piece of my mind she tells me to lower my voice because they have other clients!! Unprofessional and disrespect at it's best. I do not recommend this beauty at all, avoid if possible or have a run in with staff that have absolutely no people skills!! It actually deserves a ZERO STAR RATING!!
