THE WORST TREATMENT EVER! minus 5stars. Bought 2 massages on Wiki deals. They insist on a printed copy of the voucher when there is a QR code for scanning. Tried to find a print shop during load shedding and was delayed. I phoned to explain and ask whether we could show the voucher and print after our massages due to load shedding . The man who answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional, not to mention a baby crying in the background! This happened when I called to make the booking as well. We arrived 7 minutes late after finding a print shop. The staff were sitting around playing on phones and asked us to sit down which we did for 20 minutes. The staff look tacky - uniforms are untidy. The room had stained towels on the bed - apparently red nail polish! The staff then told us to choose if we want a back of foot or front of foot massage - have you ever heard of this - because we were late and they only have 30 minutes for us. Let's not forget that we were 7 minutes late so should have treatments for 50 minutes but the staff kept us waiting for 20 minutes. The 'aroma therapy' massage or lack thereof was unpleasant. Apparently they use coconut oil but that was just some hard stuff that scratched my back. There was no appealing aroma in the entire shop - I CANNOT call it a spa or salon. The entire experience was AWFUL. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Wiki should remove them as a supplier. It will give Wiki a bad name.
