Service out of this world.

My wife and I had a terrible experience at one of their Branches, we called to complain and the manager was so attentive and listened to our concerns. She send us to the Island Club branch in Century City and give us 30 minutes free extra. It was a divine experience. We have been to so many spas but our experience here was out of this world. I will certainly recommend them if you looking for a place with friendly staff and an experience to remember. Thank you so much for your service. We will surely see you again.
