Disappointed and disgusting

In fact I would give it NO stars. . I had the worst experience today , I am so shocked.

My appointment was at 2 pm, I got there 2:05 pm. When I got there the girl that assisted me took her time to check my appointment, when she finally did she told me that I’m at the wrong branch and directed me to the right place. (She gave me funny directions) I got to the place 2:25 pm. This was at the brick lane eatery branch on Sunday the 28 May. When I got there the DOOR was locked , I knocked for 5 MINUTES and then a girl and opened she just WOKE UP! I could see the lines in her face and she was shocked that a customer came her eyes was red I could see she was in a deep sleep. Infact when I came in all 3 was sleeping. Then they told me they could only message me for 30 mins (after I waited for 5 mins at the door) as that was the time left on my appointment. Horrible massage as she was still busy waking UP! When I left they looked the door behind me and probably went back to sleep. There was NO clients there and i did explain what a mission it was to find this place. I even tried calling to say I’m running late as I am not able to find the place no one answered the phone as they were sleeping.

She didn’t even say ok we don’t have any clients we can give you an extra 10 mins or so. She was too quickly to lock the door behind me to go back sleep

I have been to many spas this is the WORST place and experience I have ever had, the people that work there are LAZY. If only the owner knew what her staff gets up to when she is not around

I will never recommend this place to anyone
