Bought the spa package on Wiki deals, firstly they have a silly system of present a physical copy of the voucher when you can just scan the QR code. They do not accept telephonic bookings you have to go into person. We did that on the treatment day, we arrived on time but were told the printed copy was not good enough they needed a fully printed voucher and would not budge. The staff are sitting around playing on phones, the uniforms are an eye sore, very inappropriate as they are really short. They are ****y & not courteous at all! We had a problem going to reprint a voucher but the staff member would not budge we asked for a manager but was told the manager was in a meeting at 16:15 on a Friday she then referred us to call the number on the voucher which we did 5 times with no answer. We were sent off to reprint came back and finally got to treatments. We asked for hot stones which is one of the choices but was told there was loadshedding but there wasn’t as we live in century city. When we asked if there was a power fault the staff member Rose rep**** they didn’t load electricity. The aroma therapy massage literally had no aroma, the deep cleanse facial was 5 minutes totally not a deep cleanse. The Indian head massage as well about 5 minutes nothing at all evenly remotely resembling a true head massage. The overall experience was just terrible, the place lacks hygiene as there were hairs on the massage beds, no electricity so dark and no ambience.

Would not purchase again!
