Dan NeLa Beauty Spa at The Quay, century city! Scary place!

<div>This was a truly uncomfortable, unpleasant, creepy experience. The wikideals coupon purchased was for 60mins and they only gave us 35 min massages. The scheduled time slot was double booked, and the ladies wasted 20 mins trying to sort out the issue. The spa is positioned next to a busy road with heavy traffic so you only hear cars and noise - not conducive for relaxing. The music continuously went on and off. The lady who did my massage was highly inexperienced, she had no technique and did not know how to massage. The room was full of dust and hair. The “oil” used was waxy and thick making everything tacky and sticky. The massage choices offered was not available when we were there. It was a truly unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I will never recommend that anyone go there.</div>
