Bad service Dan Nela Spa Century City

Worst service. Even the reveiw response was appalling. They let guests in via a ba*****t parking lot via a back door. Entire spa smells like chemical hair treatment. Receptionists are unprofessional and not trained. They stuffed up my booking by not informing us to print a voucher as voucher QR codes can't be used at their facility. I called twice to confirm and they did not inform me. Worst experience. I'm seeking a refund via voucher purchasing agency, rather than booking there. Do not choose this space if you want a clean and professional spa facility. I was also attacked via their Google reviews response platform.
