Bad service

Pathetic Service and Management! I received a voucher from a good friend to have a pedicure done in February 2024.I called for 2 weeks trying to make an appointment.I eventually went on the 9th of February.Got at the spa was told to sit and wait for them to confirm my booking and check the voucher.I was asked to got to the room.Firstly the one lady uniform looked terrible the skirt is so short she bent to pick up something and you could see everything underneath.Anyway moving on they started preparing my toes for a gelish application,the gel polish colours available is so little I ended going for a colour I don’t like as that was the only 1 that wasn’t dried out.She app**** the first coat the the electricity goes out!and I’m being told I must come back faster 2 hours because they don’t have a lamp which operates without electricity. The lady then tells me I can call back anytime to have my nails re-done as I didn’t get the treatment I paid for. 2weeks went by u tried calling the spa to make another booking to get my feet done I get told the last no longer work there and that they won’t re do my feet as it was not recorded this is being said by the manager.She instead went on about the dealing this lady made and how they Investigating her at the mot
