Argued for an hour with staff only to get a 20 minute massage with cold hands

We need a zero star. I booked via wikideals , once I arrived they complained that I didn't print the booking receipt. Are we in 1998? What's the point of the QR code on the booking? Anyways i asked where is the nearest print shop, i walked all the way to canal walk trying to find postnet, waited in the queue and printed. When I arrived they said "sorry your booking slot is finished" I was LIVID! Of course I was late looking for a orint shop in one of the largest malls in SA. anyways after I came back sweating then arguing for half an hour with the staff they massaged me for 20 minutes with COLD OIL AND COLD HANDS. If you can get another spa,please love yourself and do that.
