Health Hazard and Poor Management – Do Not Stay Here

I am beyond disappointed with my stay. (I Wish i could upload the pictures i took)

I booked a "deluxe" room, but what I encountered was a dirty, moldy, and poorly managed facility.

Major Issues: Health & Hygiene: The room had a heavy smell of mold. Because the bathroom has no window or proper ventilation, the steam stays trapped, making the entire room feel damp and unhealthy.

The mirror was covered in streaks, and the fridge was so dirty we had to wipe it ourselves just to make it usable.

The Blanket Situation: We were given no blankets initially. When we finally received one the next morning, it was an old, smelly, dirty blanket with burn marks. We actually had to spray it with cologne just to stand the smell.

The provided duvet was incredibly thin and the inner was filthy.

Zero Functionality: There are no wall plugs in the room. The only available outlet is high up behind the TV for TV and the DSTV. This meant we couldn't charge our phones, use a hairdryer, or even plug in the tiny heater they provided.

Safety Concerns: The main gate is left wide open almost 70% of the times. There is no security, and anyone could walk in off the street, leaving our cars and ourselves completely vulnerable.

Service: While the location is close to Hartbee****rt activities, the housekeeping is nonexistent and the management clearly does not care about guest comfort or basic standards.
