Unable to elicit a response to consult and Quote

On 3 October I emailed this firm with a detailed description plus attached pics of the problem requesting a consult, a remedial plan and a quote. I selected this firm from what appeared experience and all the glowing reviews on Google and elsewhere. About a week later a gentleman from the firm called and apologised for taking so long to respond. I stated that I understood as presumably following the wet winter they have had many enquiries. Since then I have had no further contact either telephonically nor by email??? This is unprofessional and frankly arrogantly the height of rudeness!!!. I would have preferred to be writing a good report of this business to add to all the others but evidently even getting to first base with this entity is like a 'needle in a haystack'
