Staying dedicated a difficult situation

I was referred to Dampcon by a trusted engineer in the building industry and given Bernard's private number. I decided to call him the following morning but to my surprise he called me before I could call them! I explained our damp problem and Bernard agreed to meet with me the same afternoon. The work methodology was discussed in detail and I received their quote the following day. We wanted some additional plaster work to be done over and above the waterproofing areas and they provided us with a reasonable quote - not cheap but fair.<br> <br> Long story short, MAJOR problems reared it's head during the re-plastering and what was intended as a 5 day project ended up as a 9 week project. Not once did Dampcon request more money - all they said was that they quoted for the work and it will be done to our satisfaction - end of story. They lost a lot of money but they stayed committed and dedicated to deliver on their promise. Many weeks later we can stand back and look at the finished product - grateful we picked Dampcon to undertake the work. <br> <br> I very much doubt anyone else would have done what these people did. They take pride in their word and work and all we can say is - Thank you.<br>
