Amazing service, and honest advice. Bernard came to assess our damp problem. His response? "Do it yourself. If i quote you it will cost you a full day of work for my team and you won't get good value for money. It will be a waste of money for you" . He then sent me a how to, and list of products to use and where to buy them. I will gladly use them in the future, and recommend them to whoever asks. Thank you for your honesty and great service.
